Yes! If you would like to do a mix session (for example, horse & rider mixed with family, etc. or a horse & rider session with a black background session) please let me know and I'd be happy to put together a custom quote for you.

How long does it take for my to receive my private gallery for viewing?

Please allow 4-6+ weeks for photo processing/editing depending on your session choice and season.  Rush orders may be available depending on current project schedule for a small fee.

Do I need to put a deposit down for my session?

50% deposit of a Half or Full session is due when booking to reserve session date. Balance of session fee is due at end of onsite photo session. PayPal, Venmo, and checks accepted. This allows me to write you into my schedule and the time slot or day not be available to others. Mini sessions 100%/full payment is due upon booking to reserve date & time.

What is your cancellation or "rain days" policies?

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the session on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made. The session fee/depsoit is paid in advance to secure your chosen date. It is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking with at least 48 hours notice. After 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed in order to offset loss of business on said date and time.

In the case inclement weather that prevents shooting on scheduled date a new date will be scheduled.

Do you charge for travel?

Photo sessions include a 25 mile drive from my location Alpharetta, GA 30004. Travel fee will apply outside this radius and additional fee for more than one location for the additional drive time. $25 per additional 20 miles.

May I add more friends, family, pets, etc. to my sessions?

You are welcome unless the package notes otherwise to but please note the more people/pets in a session the longer the session may take so I recommend 4+ individuals going with the top session package.

Do you include an assistant in your session fees for equestrian sessions?

I do not currently. I recommend you to find a friend or a family member who is familiar with your horse to help you or I can hire an experienced equine assistant for the session if needed. For my assistant it is an additional $50 per hour.

What should I wear? How many outfits can I bring?

I'm happy to make apparel suggestions - Pinterest is also a great resource for some outfit ideas! Sometimes having a few outfits to change into for a full session can offer a mini break for you and your session members.

I would like to do an equestrian photo session - do you have recommendations on braiders, someone to body clip my horse, or someone that can help with getting him/her prepped prior to the session day of?

Yes I do! Please contact me for a recommendation list of people and products that can help get your horse ready for their "close up."

When are the best times to take photos?
I recommend early morning or early evenings depending on the time of the year. The best lighting is when the light is softer, but shady areas help us work any time of the day. I work a day job outside of being a photographer so I have availability after work during the week and weekends.
